Laptops Auctions Past Present and Future

So the world of computing is growing. Laptops aren't just for business men hoping on that next flight. Even the graduate guy that looked like he was carrying a man purse down the road. Not for just that stuffy suit and tie type of guy. No longer is it for that pretty secretary to take her boss' notations.

We have gone through the old era of laptops and lept way way forward leaps and bounds to the techie department. Personal computers in every household. Dorm rooms on the college campus no longer go with out notice either as you walk down the hallways. Every room with at least one laptop screen showing or playing there own unique sounds of an individual. In our work environments by the thousands. Everything going by way of the hyper text highway. Even writing this small article for your enjoyment is done on the five year old home PC.

So what happen to all the old laptops that are out of date. Some end up in auctions. Some handed down to children. Even some are given to the less fortunate people that can't afford them from are community leaders. I enjoy seeing the big businesses giving them away to charity.

What was the greatest and hottest yesterday is obsolete today. The money makers and consumer always half to have the newest technologies to be competitive in the on-line industry. Well as a consumer I have to say if it isn't broke don't fix it. Referring to all the big companies spending on new products all the time. Less money to share with the employee's. Guess there is pros's and con's to every story though. Hey I wouldn't be making money if there wasn't a supply and demand for laptops.

So what is the computing technology (i.e. laptop) going to bring us for are future? Heads up displays with a glove to move things that we see in the air! Or are we all just starting to level out in the building boom of computers and things are just going to be more compact, lightweight, And more memory with quicker access?
